Naples, FL
Plenty of homes are built to be comfortable, functional, and practical. Others, like this Aqualane Shores residence, take it a step further–where beautiful details and luxury finishes take a house from a home to a private retreat.
Living in luxury.
The home began with a clear vision: timeless, layered, and luxuriously livable. Natural materials anchor each space—wide plank white oak floors, soft stone, reeded millwork—while a serene palette of creamy, layered neutrals creates an atmosphere that feels calm and open. The result is a home that's beautifully grounded—no need for a fuss.
In the kitchen, this philosophy comes through in the way of a custom stone hood and La Cornue range that make this space feel airy and light in a charming kind of way. Meanwhile, day-to-day appliances are beautifully tucked away in a generous scullery. Around the corner, the lounge brings a bit of spirit, perfect for a nightcap or a quiet evening in. When it’s time to hide away, the spacious, spa-inspired primary wing is its own private retreat. Luxurious finishes and amenities like the steam shower and views of the pool and canal make everyday an occasion.

The best of both.
While the interior was designed to be a cool and comfortable retreat from the sun, the outdoor space is where this home opens up. Thanks to the western exposure, the pool is constantly bathed in afternoon sun with wide open views of the canal on the horizon. A fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pergola with daybed, and fire pit make the lanai a destination in and of itself. The kind of space worth coming home to and planning your evenings around.
All of this is just a short walk from the beaches, boutiques, and restaurants of the bustling downtown, plus direct Gulf access for boating. This is new construction with a soul–an oasis from everyday that makes you feel right at home.
"Working with Amy and her team on two homes in Naples was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
I worked with Amy on two spec homes in one of the most competitive luxury markets in Florida, and the level of creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail they brought to the process exceeded every expectation.
They perfectly balanced sophistication with warmth, creating a home that felt both stunning and livable. Every finish, furnishing, texture, and design decision was intentional and elevated the overall feel of the property. Their ability to understand the vision, manage countless moving parts, and execute at such a high level made the entire experience seamless.
Beyond the talent and eye for design, they were responsive, organized, collaborative, and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the project."
